Olympic Adventure Route, June 2020

66 miles, 7,900 feet elevation gain
2 days

This was our second bikepacking trip. We took lessons from our screwups with Silver Siouxson and applied them. Learning from mistakes is fun. And so are serpentine trails through rainforests. We’re adding this to the site after the fact since this trip pre-dated the blog so unfortunately, we don’t have too many details to share. Riding this route would prove to be good experience because although neither of us knew it at the time, we’d return to this trail several times over as part of riding the Cross-Washington route. Our future selves would thank us.

Our thanks to Bikepacking.com for this route.
